We are licensed and insured, and any fix comes with a free estimate. Findings we can repair are priced plainly, and if the roof is near its end, we can show what a new TPO roof would cost.

TPO inspection FAQ and your free estimate

How often should a TPO roof be inspected?
Twice a year, plus after any major storm. Spring and fall catch most trouble early.
Does seam probing damage the membrane?
No. We use a blunt probe made for this work and press only along the seam edge.
What happens after a storm?
We check seams, flashing and drains first, then photograph any damage.
What does the free estimate cover?
It covers repairs for each finding. If the report points to a new roof, we say so.
